Win & Winnow Language Services Receives the FLOR Diversity Award 2023

Buenos Aires – September 19, 2023 – Win & Winnow Language Services has been honored with the FLOR Diversity Award in the SMEs category during the 2023 edition of the event hosted by the Fundación Liderazgos y Organizaciones Responsables (FLOR). This award recognizes and celebrates the company's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

The 2023 FLOR Diversity Award is granted to organizations for whom managing diversity is part of their strategy and values. It not only aims to acknowledge and promote those organizations but also encourages many others to embark on this journey, inspired and guided by the award-winning companies. In this historic edition, Win & Winnow Language Services joins other recognized organizations that share the vision of a fairer and more inclusive world through diversity management.

The nomination of Win & Winnow Language Services was evaluated by an honorable jury composed of prominent figures from the business and social sectors, considering aspects related to internal and external diversity management. This included the analysis of internal policies and structures, value chain management, community impact programs, collaboration with other organizations, among others.
