Acolad keeps reinforcing its operations on a global scale
October 25, 2023 – In a move representative of the strengthening of its operations in Northern Europe, Acolad, global leader in content and language solutions, just welcomed seasoned expert Mikko Hakkarainen as General Manager for the Nordics.
With a profound knowledge of the language industry global transformation – and of the opportunities arising in the present context of technological development - Hakkarainen will be driving Acolad’s strategy in Finland, Sweden and Denmark, and looking at expanding and strengthening the group’s footprint in the region.

About Mikko Hakkarainen
Mikko Hakkarainen has a wealth of experience of the language services industry, both in sales and general management. His past experience granted him a deep knowledge of Northern Europe, particularly the Nordics, brought on by roles in sales ownership, general management, as well as strategic account management on European enterprise customers. He has also led solutions and partnerships within the digital marketing space like Optimizely, InRiver, Drupal, Sitecore, etc and has a keen interest in learning and technology as well as a deep knowledge of the transformations driven by the major LSP's.
