According to Cisco’s AI Readiness Index for 2023, only 14% of organizations worldwide are ready for the new wave of innovation.

●    Most stakeholders struggle to identify true innovation.
●    Many solutions are labeled as innovative, but not all of them truly are.
●    The majority of hyped innovation is technological: Companies are increasingly being attracted by shiny objects in technology,  rather than by its most profitable use.

The foundation for strategic innovation is creating a dynamic environment where the three pillars are people, processes and tools. In that order.

That's why we have developed GALA Innovates, a program of events to support decision-makers in change and innovation management.

Join your peers for the first interactive session of GALA Innovates, where three experts will help us tackle the challenges and opportunities facing the localization industry.

We'll discuss practical steps your organization can take now and in the coming years to transform innovation into a powerful driver of success.

Program

During the first session, our 3 experts will cover:

●    Embracing Change: The first step to innovation is to understand that  change is here to stay and should be a key part of your organizational habits.

●    Optimizing Process Dynamics: Learn to design and implement dynamic processes for your organization that empower your people to perform at their best in an ever-changing environment.

●    Navigating the Tech Landscape: Understand some of the latest innovative technologies impacting localization and how to leverage them to improve your workflow.
