Getting control of all content to translate in your organisation

It appears that a significant volume of content is being produced outside of our CMSs, and is being translated without the use of the TMS. Some content has not been translated by agreed vendors.

We are facing budgetary and human resource constraints.

In the Client SIG we will raise the questions; Are you currently capturing all the content developed by your organisation? If not, what are your main challenges in doing so? If you are capturing all of your content, what would you say is the key to your success? Has the advent of GenAI helped the case within your organisation for capturing all of your content?

About the Client SIG

This SIG connects professionals employed on buy-side localization teams to discuss the unique considerations of managing localization, globalization, internationalization, and translation departments within a larger organization. All information shared in this group and during virtual meetings is considered private and confidential under GALA's Member Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Attendees must be currently employed by a Client company. Meetings are not recorded.
