Get 10% off your sponsorship package when you bundle sponsorship and exhibit booth purchases


10% discount will be auto-applied in your cart when you add a sponsorship package to cart that already contains an exhibit booth. To complete the purchase, please follow the below instructions. If you have any questions, please email us. 

  1. Log in to your GALA Account
  2. Visit the GALA 2024 Valencia Sponsors & Exhibitors page in the Conference Menu
  3. Under "Become an Exhibitor", select the button to PURCHASE EXHIBIT BOOTH
  4. On the floorplan, click on the booth you would like to purchase (green = available, red = sold). Select the green button to PURCHASE THIS BOOTH. You will then be taken to your cart.
  5. Before continuing, go up to the address bar of your open window and input https://user.gala-global.org/sponsorships. Select BECOME A SPONSOR
  6. Select the option to “Purchase for [Your organization].” Failing to select this option will result in a second shopping cart and the discount will not be applied. 
  7. Find the sponsorship you wish to purchase from the list (or use the search bar to quickly navigate to the package.
    1. The price displayed on the package will already be the discounted price. 
  8. Select ADD TO CART
  9. Continue through the checkout process. 

Note: Packages are not fully reserved until the checkout process has been completed. In the unlikely event that a package is double booked, GALA will honor the exact time of purchase.
