3di opens a new office in Guadalajara, Mexico

3di Information Solutions, a leading technical communication, translation and localization services provider, has announced the opening of a new office in Guadalajara, Mexico, in addition to its offices in Woking, Krakow and Edinburgh.

This new office will help 3di support its growing customer base in the US and Canada, as well as allowing 3di to tap into the wealth of talent in the region.

The full address of the new office is:

3di Information Solutions Ltd
Avenida Adolfo Lopez Mateos Norte 9
Italia Providencia
44648, México

In opening the new office, George Lewis, 3di's Service Delivery Director, said “It has been great to see our customer base in the Americas growing; but that success has brought its own challenges of providing those customers with the quality of service our customers expect from 3di.

Guadalajara attracts people and companies from Mexico and internationally because of its thriving technology scene with many technology companies, universities, and higher education institutions.

This mix of talent, a well-established cluster of IT companies, and regional connectivity provide the perfect hub for 3di to deliver the quality of service our customers expect, and to find the talent we need to deliver that service.

Paul Ballard, Managing Director of 3di Information Solution, has commented on the new office, stating “The last couple of years have been an exciting period of growth for 3di, and new US and Canadian customers have made a significant contribution to that growth. We’d like to make ourselves easier to contact and liaise with for those customers, and time-zone overlaps between our operational and customer teams will help with this in the years ahead. As we extend our Americas customer base, we’ll build up our team in Mexico.’
