SOFITA is the first private translation agency in Bulgaria, established in 1989. Apart from our legal database product – APIS-SOFITA BG LAW - encompassing the English translation of all Bulgarian acts, we provide interpreting, translation and localization services. SOFITA is a provider of many EU institutions (i.e. the main provider of the Court of Justice of the EU) and it is certified under ISO 9001 and the first Bulgarian company certified under the European Translation Standard ISO17100 (former EN15038). SOFITA is a founding member of the Bulgarian Association of Professional Interpreting & Translation Agencies and a member of the international language associations ELIA and GALA.
