The GALA Common MTPE Training Handbook is a product of the collective expertise, know-how, experience, knowledge, ideas, insight, inspiration, and intelligence of all the members of the MTPE Training SIG. Rather than creating a training course syllabus, this handbook is intended to provide a current snapshot of MTPE skills, competencies, and training needs, establish a MTPE common code of ethics, and set guidelines for bridging the training gap between Academia, Client, LSPs and Post-Editors. This session will present and review the handbook with members and non-members of this SIG to celebrate this collective work.
