We often hear about pricing as a strategy to succeed in the market economy, but what if we flip the question and think about fairness, instead? The digital workspace should aspire to the same standards of fairness and equity applied elsewhere when considering rates, work/life balance, and safety in the workplace. Companies have a responsibility to create and maintain digital workspaces that are healthy and safe for freelancers to work with. This panel will include the voices of different localization experts (freelancers, academics, buyers, and LSPs) to discuss the present and future of equity in the localization industry.
