Although coaching is a perk typically budgeted only for senior executives, Lewis and Shelly created and launched a democratized business model on a first-come, first-served subscription basis. They discuss the obstacles they face and the reasons they remain committed to expanding coaching offerings to emerging professionals including the path to diversified senior leadership, a superb retention tool in the face of “The Great Resignation, and ROI. Lewis has worked with i3 Coaching throughout his career to shake up norms and topple (Ivory) towers in many ways, including the coaching initiatives he champions.  Still, there remains much work to do to reach Diversity/Equity/Inclusion goals.
