A seasoned executive and industry thought leader, Dan Milczarski brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of language services, technology, and process innovation. Most recently, Dan served as CTO at CQ fluency, where he helped transform the company into a top-tier, tech-enabled language service provider recognized in the Slator Language Service Provider Index and Nimdzi 100. His leadership in automation, machine learning, and systems architecture positioned CQ as a pioneer in smart, scalable localization workflows.

Dan’s mantra — Connect. Automate. Innovate. — reflects his passion for harmonizing people, process, and technology. From his early days in data entry to becoming Global Director of Quality and eventually founding his own language consulting firm, Dan’s career has spanned the globe and earned him deep respect across the industry. He has helped companies implement ISO-certified quality frameworks, introduced automation to legacy processes, and built multilingual infrastructures from the ground up.

As Vice President, Solutions at Blackbird.io, Dan will lead a growing team of solution architects and product specialists dedicated to helping enterprises orchestrate content operations with intelligence and agility. His appointment signals Blackbird’s continued investment in building a world-class customer experience rooted in technical depth and operational excellence.
