Join Us at EAMT 2026 in Tilburg, Netherlands!
The 26th Annual Conference of the European Association for Machine Translation (EAMT) is taking place June 15–18, 2026, at the Schouwburg Concertzaal in Tilburg, Netherlands, hosted by Tilburg University's ISMT Research Group.
EAMT 2026 is the premier European gathering for machine translation researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals, making it a must-attend event for industry members working at the intersection of language technology and language services. The program includes research presentations across technical and user-focused tracks, workshops, and tutorials covering the latest developments in neural MT, large language models, and multilingual NLP.
This year's keynote speakers are Dr. Rachel Bawden (Inria Paris), presenting on LLMs and machine translation for low-resource languages, and Dr. Antonio Toral (Universitat d'Alacant), a leading voice in literary MT and human-machine translation comparison. Workshops on June 15 explore gender-inclusive translation technologies, AI-based translation teaching, and style in generative AI translation.
Tilburg is easily accessible from Amsterdam (1.5 hours), Brussels (2 hours), and Paris (4 hours). Registration is open now at eamt2026.org.
We hope to see you there!
