GALA has the largest global audience for general translation, localization, interpreting, and language technology topics. Our content and events are extremely high quality and focus on best practices, trends, and professionalism across diverse industry roles. GALA offers ad placement in our two newsletters.

  • This Week at GALA is our weekly newsletter for GALA members. Current readership is above 4000.
  • GALA Global Update is our monthly newsletter for non-members. Current readership is above 10000.

Sponsored Webinars

Sponsored webinars enable companies to showcase their technologies and services to GALA’s global audience. 

Registration: Participation is free and open to all. GALA processes registrations and provides a participant list with emails to sponsor.

Promotion: Event listing on the GALA website, dedicated email blast to full database (15K+ contacts), and social media promotion on GALA’s channels (50K+ followers across platforms).

Recording: Posted to the GALA Knowledge Center and featured in member and non-member newsletters.

Price:

  • GALA Member rate: $750
  • Non-member: $900

GALA webinars must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. GALA limits sponsored webinars to one per year per company. Exceptions made at GALA’s discretion.

Sponsored Articles

Sponsored articles provide an opportunity for members to demonstrate thought leadership by sharing knowledge, opinion, foresight, and other information relating to their products and services.

Publication and Promotion: Sponsored articles are coordinated by GALA's content strategist and promoted in member and non-member newsletters.

Price: $325, exclusive member benefit

Event Sponsorship & Exhibits

Annual Conference: GALA sells a range of sponsorships and exhibits for its annual conference with options to suit all budgets and goals. Sales begin in Q4 of the year before the conference. 

GALA Roadshow: Co-hosts may support the full event or offer partial support. We welcome industry sponsors seeking visibility.

Free Visibility for GALA Members

GALA members have access to multiple channels to promote products, services, jobs, and brands.

  • Member Directory: Our member directory is one of the most-visited parts of our website. 
  • Content: Share your expertise by presenting a webinar, submitting an article, or a proposal for our annual conference. Preference is shown to GALA members. 
  • Member News: Submit your company's news and press releases to be featured as GALA Member News. News is also featured in the member and non-member newsletters.

Submission Guidelines

Artwork Requirements

  • All artwork should be press-ready upon submission
  • Preferred format: JPG, PNG, GIF (static only)
  • Website URL for click-through
  • Maximum file size: 50KB

Guidelines

  • All rates are based on press-ready artwork
  • GALA reserves the right to decline to accept and/or publish advertisements and/or sponsored webinar submissions
  • GALA’s liability for any error arising in reproduction of an advertisement is limited to the charge made for that advertisement
  • GALA is not responsible for any errors contained in artwork submitted

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled as follows:

  • 30 days before the scheduled run date: full refund
  • 29-15 days before the scheduled run date: 50% of total due
  • Less than 15 days before the scheduled run date: no refund

*Note: Fees will not be prorated if an advertisement is discontinued at any time before the end of its run.
