REGISTRATION
Registrations cover conference costs, such as administrative costs, catering, and other overhead costs. If you are a citizen from outside the EU or the European Economic Region, please check whether you require a visa to travel to the venue in Luxembourg. You are responsible to obtain such a visa on your own. AsLing cannot assist any persons requiring a visa to travel to Luxembourg.
Registration for TC47 is as follows:
- Early bird Registration Contribution (available until 10 October 2026): EUR 315.00
- Standard Registration Contribution (11 October 2026 to 30 November 2026): EUR 365.00
- Student Registration Contribution: EUR 225.00**
- Last-minute Registration Contribution (1 December 2026 to the start of TC47): EUR 400.00
- Online attendance Registration Contribution: EUR 200.00 flat rate***
*Registrations are confirmed after the bank confirms payment to AsLing.
**To register as a student, you must submit a certificate confirming your full-time student status.
***Single rate for online attendance applies irrespectively of the registration date.
Cancellation policy
Before 1 November 2026: full refund minus EUR 50 for administrative expenses
Between 1 November and 30 November 2026: EUR 50 refund
From 1 December 2026 onward: NO refund.
NETWORKING DINNER
The TC47 NETWORKING DINNER will be held on December (on the 2nd day of the conference) at a restaurant close to the Conference venue. The price is EUR 85 per person. Places are restricted and will be assigned, after completed payment, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
When you register for the Conference you can register for the Networking dinner as well.
