Raffaella Buschiazzo is Senior Director of Localization at Salesforce, based in San Francisco. A veteran of the localization industry with over two decades of experience, she has worked with Silicon Valley tech giants and fintech firms in Geneva, Switzerland.
Her tenure at Salesforce began with seven years leading content localization, when she co-invented Salesforce Machine Translation. Since 2019, she has been leading both Product and Content localization efforts. Raffaella holds a Master's degree in Translation, along with postgraduate degrees in Machine Translation and Terminology from the University of Geneva. Her background also includes extensive experience as a French and English into Italian freelance translator.
