What’s the one question you’ve always wanted to ask localization buyers but never dared to? What does localization really look like behind the scenes at global companies?

In this webinar, buyer-side localization leaders open the curtain on how they design, scale, and evolve their localization programs.

We’ll take a peek at the localization differences and similarities between start-ups, scale-ups, and established corporations. We’ll discuss the unique challenges of creative, technical, and heavily regulated industries.

Panelists will dive into the complexities of localization operations: building vs buying TMS solutions, in-house vs outsourced teams, and balancing automation with traceability. They will share why progress in localization technology adoption can be slower than expected and why AI, while promising, isn’t always a critical differentiator for language services.

Expect an honest conversation about what buyers actually need (and what they don’t), the evolving expectations for vendors’ technical and operational skills, and who should drive the collaboration. Through real examples, we’ll uncover how global teams align their tools, roles, and services to business goals.

This webinar is for…

- Anyone who delivers localization products and services, and wants to deepen their understanding of the buyer-side localization operations.

Primarily:

- Localization software providers (CAT tools, TMS,integration platforms)

- Language service providers.

- Localization buyers are also encouraged to attend to learn more about existing localization practices and to share their questions and perspectives during the Q&A portion of the session.

Join us for a grounded, candid discussion that goes beyond buzzwords and focuses on what actually works in building global-ready organizations.
