Jointly with ABRATES, GALA is organizing two workshops exclusively for translation and localization company managers at the 9th ABRATES conference in Rio de Janeiro, 15-17 June 2018. The presentations will be geared towards individuals who are responsible for operations, strategy, and business development.

GALA Loc Forum at tekom 2018
GALA will host a booth and a one-day Localization Forum at tekom/tcworld 2018 in Stuttgart. The goal of this event is to introduce the translation industry to new audiences and provide a deeper understanding to those already familiar with it. The program has been published and all registered conference delegates are invited to attend.

2018 European Language Industry Survey
The results of the 2018 European Language Industry Survey are now available. The objective of the survey is to establish the mood of the language industry in Europe which therefore focuses on European trends rather than those in individual countries.
