WorldReady Registration
According to German regulations, VAT applies to the sale of admission to an in-person conference. GALA must charge the standard 19% German VAT on registration fees.
All prices below are inclusive of 19% VAT and are listed in USD.

Ways to Save
- Companies sending four (4) or more full-conference participants are entitled to a discount of $75 off each ticket purchased. If using the group registration function, the discount will be applied automatically. If registering individually, contact us for a coupon code.
- Note: one-day registrations do not qualify for the discount and are not counted towards the minimum requirement of tickets necessary to redeem the discount.
- Individuals from GALA partner organizations are eligible for a $100 discount of a full conference registration. Please contact your organization for a coupon code.
- Note: GALA members cannot add a partner discount to their GALA member discount.

IMPORTANT! The hotel reservation link should be used to book the "core nights" of the conference (9-14 April, 2026). If you plan to come early or stay late, please follow these instructions:
- Make a reservation for the core nights via the reservation link.
- Next, send an email with your reservation confirmation number to info.tcb@titanic-hotels.de and request accommodation for your additional nights.
- Be sure to include your desired arrival and departure dates AND your existing reservation confirmation number.
- Please note that rates may be higher on shoulder nights, based on availability of rooms.
- GALA gets credit for all rooms booked through the link, so thanks for using it!
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 7 days before arrival or customers are no show, 100% will be charged as cancellation penalty.
Beware of scams!
GALA does not contract with any third party organizations to make hotel reservations for attendees of the conference. All attendees should make their own hotel reservations using the direct booking link above.
Visa Information
Whether you need a visa to enter Germany depends on your nationality. Please visit the German Government Website for more information.
Visa Invitation Letters
As the conference organizer, GALA can provide a letter of invitation to delegates who are registered for the conference. Invitation letters may take up to a week to process, so please plan ahead. GALA will only provide letters of invitation to individuals already registered for the conference.
We recognize that visa applications can be denied. GALA will waive cancellation fees for delegates who do not receive a visa and must cancel their conference registration.

What are the extra events at WorldReady Conference Berlin and how do I register for them?
There will be two special add-on events in Berlin that require pre-registration and are charged a la carte. You must purchase a conference registration in order to register for either or both tours.
A Sunday city sightseeing tour and a Wednesday excursion to Potsdam will be offered. Both tours will involve a bus ride and the Wednesday excursion will also include a boat ride on the Spree River. To register for these tours, you must select them as "add-ons" while you are completing your conference registration. If you already registered for the conference and did not add these tours to your purchase, but you would like to, please contact events@gala-global.org.

Is the invoice for my conference ticket purchase or exhibit/sponsorship purchase the same as a VAT Invoice?
No. If you requested a VAT invoice when completing the registration and ticket purchase, our tax partners at CTAX Solutions will issue and send you an official VAT invoice within 3 weeks of our receiving your payment, to use for your record-keeping and accounting purposes.

GALA is committed to providing access to all individuals attending our annual conference. Those needing any special accommodations should contact events@gala-global.org at least three weeks in advance of the conference.
