Michael Klinger runs Language Transactions helping Language Owners buy or sell their business. Michael has been in the language industry thiry plus years, has worked as an interpreter, project manager and owner of language services. He is conversant in six languages and runs a non-profit for schools in Niger, West Africa.

Dee Johnson
Dee brings over 20 years of experience in the localization industry. Early in her career, she gained M&A experience during several years in the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Mercedes-Benz before transitioning into the language industry. She later became Director of Strategic Business Development at SDL, where she advised clients on enterprise solutions. Having lived and worked in Germany, the UK, and the US, Dee brings a truly international perspective. She has been an integral part of Language Transactions for many years, serving as M&A Matchmaker for language service providers and investors outside the US, connecting buyers and sellers and guiding them through the M&A process, including valuation.
