Torrey earned degrees in Education and Physics before turning to UX in 2010. She has created accessible, inclusive experiences for broad consumer audiences from gaming to support services, and streamlined technical product offerings for IT pros working in complex data and delivery environments. After management and solo leadership roles at Google, OfferUp, and Microsoft, she now leads Catbird Content, a content design and UX agency near Seattle.
