Leadership Master Class for Women Exploring Board Service

New program offers women leaders in the localization industry practical guidance on governance, board positioning, and leadership impact

Women in Localization has announced the launch of Road to the Boardroom, a new leadership master class designed to help women leaders explore board-level opportunities and gain practical insight into how boards operate. The program is now accepting applications.

Road to the Boardroom is designed for women interested in governance, board service, and the next stage of their leadership journey. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how boards function, how directors are evaluated, and how to position themselves for future board opportunities, while also learning to define and articulate their own leadership value in a governance context.

The program will be led by Anna N. Schlegel and Gary Muddyman, both recognized leaders in the localization and language services industry with experience in governance and executive leadership.
