Julia is a Senior Program Manager in the Global Experiences team at Coupa, where she oversees localization strategy, vendor operations, and AI-driven initiatives across content teams. With over a decade of experience on both the client and vendor sides, she focuses on scalable processes, quality, and impact. Julia is also a moderator of GALA’s Client SIG and an active member of Women in Localization.
