Which skills do you possess that would make you valuable as a board member?
As an entrepreneur, market positioning, understanding industry trends and properly pivoting to find the chance to serve an evolving industry.

Building strategy has always been an essential part of being an entrepreneur and board member. The question “how do we see ourselves in the next 3 years” has always been the key question, together with “how we can get there, on time, and with which resources/skills”.

What is GALA doing today that you would stop doing?
Our industry is going through a difficult moment, where members' margins and resources are low. Facilitate access of the organization to brands and publishers, LSPs, universities, linguists, and freelancers, and facilitate networking for people that are transitioning from one job to a new role, searching for new qualifications and skills.
