    *Exhibitors may register up to two exhibit stand personnel at the rate of US$910.

    • If you need an invoice (or pro forma invoice) to make payment, please select the "bill me" option during registration
    • You, or any member of your organization, can access open invoices and make payment through your GALA account
      • Please log in at www.gala-global.org/user (NEED NEW WORKFLOW), go to My Profile, and select "View My Invoices" under the Take Action section

    • Companies sending three or more participants are entitled to a flat discount of US$ 150 off of the order total. If using the group registration function, the discount will be applied automatically. If registering individually, contact us for a coupon code.
    • Individuals from GALA partner organizations are eligible for a US$ 100 discount. Please contact your organization for a coupon code. (GALA members cannot add a partner discount to their GALA member discount.)
    GALA is committed to providing access to all individuals attending our annual conference. Those needing any special accommodations should contact events@gala-global.org at least three weeks in advance of the conference.
