Muhammed Enes Kondo

Enes Kondo is a Berlin-based localization professional with a background bridging project coordination and technical execution. He has managed multilingual localization workflows spanning more than 33 target languages, coordinating across translation, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to keep large-scale projects on schedule and consistent in quality. His experience includes overseeing terminology governance, translation memory systems, and XLIFF-based workflows, as well as adapting marketing content for Turkish-language markets under tight constraints. To streamline these processes, he has also built custom developer tooling in C# .NET Framework, improving efficiency and reducing manual overhead across the pipeline. Enes is now focused on applying this cross-functional project management experience more broadly, and is especially interested in roles at the intersection of localization, technical delivery, and process improvement.
