Category: Special Interest Group Meetings

💡 What to Expect: This session is for Localization professionals on how to show and grow the value of language investment using business metrics. We’ll move from “why ROI” to “what to measure” across the customer life cycle, and cover attribution methods financial teams trust.

You’ll see where the data actually lives and how to turn results into decisions for leadership teams. We’ll also compare markets responsibly and share some real-world wins.

🚀 Takeaway: Attendees will leave with a one-page ROI calculator and details on how to plan and scale for global financial growth.

We will be joined by Ben Cornelius, a global business leader with decades of experience in localization, international operations, and business strategy.

Join us to rethink how you capture, communicate, and increase the value of localization within your organization.

GALA's Client Special Interest Group is restricted to professionals from enterprise globalization teams. GALA continues to produce other SIGs, events and content each year to serve the entire GALA membership, but this particular group is designed for an under-served segment of our membership: those from "buyer-side" companies, to provide them with a safe space for open discussion and learning without the presence of vendors.
