Exhibitor TV and Stand Rental for GALA's WorldReady Conference Berlin

This price includes the rental and installation of a 55" TV screen (NEC V554Q or similar model) on design stand w/ internal media player and HDMI cable included. It includes setup and dismantling by the hotel's AV company, Ambion. This price does not include the rental of a laptop, which must be arranged and rented separately, if needed. The price includes 19% VAT.

NOTE: This invoice must be paid at least one week prior to the start of the conference. Any unpaid invoices for TVs and stand rentals will result in a cancellation of the order.
