My career mirrors the transformation of language services itself — evolving from traditional translation and leadership roles through quality management to AI-powered solutions architecture. This journey has given me a unique vantage point into both the technical possibilities and the practical challenges of implementing AI in multilingual environments.
A defining chapter of that path was my work at Centific, where I architected Centific Flow (formerly Honeybee) — pioneering the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into enterprise language services. There, I built and scaled localization operations from departmental level to enterprise solutions: 250+ language combinations, 180M+ words processed annually, and business strategies that delivered 400% revenue growth over three years.
Today, as Senior AI/ML Program Manager at Welocalize, I continue driving process innovation for industry-leading clients, demonstrating how responsible AI deployment can transform traditional localization workflows. Beyond my day-to-day role, as Director of the Technology and Innovation program at Women in Localization, I'm committed to advancing the industry through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
