The years since my journey in the Translation & Localization industry began are growing in number, and I’m still in love with what I do. There are many aspects to the teams I lead, but the most fascinating is how, despite their differences, they remain closely connected.
As I stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer in 2025, I love where I am! It’s a diverse role that requires looking into the future, adapting to the present, and learning from the past—what a formula!

In the past few years I've covered roles like Global Strategic Development, Global Marketing Manager, Complaint Management all within the Translation industry which are both challenging and intriguing, and all those continues to captivate me. Add Asian languages into the mix, new markets and new service offerings, and it’s quite the combination. Helping our company achieve its goals is something I thrive on, and I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

Reflecting on my journey, I can see my experience in Software Development and IT team management has only added to the richness of my perspective. Understanding the need to adopt new technologies, gain insights into our company’s dynamics, and make processes easier for everyone has been a rewarding challenge. It allows me to use my skills in new ways.
My past experiences have given me a strong foundation in service and sales, which I now apply in Marketing strategies across 1-StopAsia, as well as our branches.

Along the way, I even became the author of the book Asian Languages Translation - As Simple As It Gets. It’s still hard to believe, but it’s an incredible honor to have been part of such a significant project.
