Moravia Worldwide Announces Client Services Group
Moravia Worldwide creates Client Services Group to further increase service accessibility and product availability for customers and companies operating in North America.
Brno, Czech Republic – August 5, 2010 - In continuing their successful expansion to effectively accommodate clients worldwide, Moravia Worldwide announces today a Client Services Group in North America. This announcement comes after the decision to deliver a proactive and innovative approach to enhance the customer experience within Moravia’s growing number of clients in the North American market.
The Client Services Group is designed to provide a greater focus on its North American clients which will be accomplished by handling projects and engagements in a more local, personalized and client-facing environment. This accessible, accountable infrastructure in North America will provide clients reliable, efficient and quality globalization solutions.
The Client Services Group will be lead by Darin Goble as Director of Client Services. In addition, Kathie Fry has been appointed Director of Global Marketing and Diane McAveeney, Moravia’s Director of Sales for North America, is now the Managing Director, North America. Ms. McAveeney will be responsible for driving the increased expansion of Moravia in the region.

Mr. Goble's industry experience began in the late 1990’s when he served as Senior Program Manager for Global Software Solutions, Inc., and subsequently as an Enterprise Program Manager at Welocalize. Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering and Estimating at viaLanguage. Mr. Goble is a Project Management Institute certified PMP and currently serves as a Vice President of Professional Development at PMI's Portland Chapter. His career has been focused on internationalization and localization program development for technology and software organizations, helping clients create scalable, repeatable and cost effective localization solutions. Mr. Goble holds a degree in economics from Linfield College.
Ms. Fry is a senior marketing professional with marketing experience of more than 15 years, primarily in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Moravia, she served as Senior Marketing Manager for Hewlett-Packard and was responsible for driving innovative, custom marketing programs for HP Financial Services. Ms. Fry has held senior management positions at DHSS, Sun Microsystems, IBM Corporation and Novell. Ms. Fry holds a degree in marketing from Kent State University.
