Lionbridge Wins Gold AVA Digital Award
WALTHAM, Mass. – May 5, 2020 – Lionbridge, a global leader in localization and data training services, is the proud winner of an AVA Digital Award for communication excellence. Sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the international award recognizes creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design, and production of digital communication across audio and video production, website development, social media engagement, mobile marketing, and other fields.
Lionbridge received a gold-level award for its 2019 brand video. “The project was a labor of love,” said chief marketing officer Jaime Punishill. The video was created in conjunction with a new website as part of Lionbridge’s company-wide rebranding campaign. “We created the video to help signal this change throughout our entire global organization,” Punishill added, “and it’s since proven to be one of the most powerful branding elements in our broader marketing toolkit.”
The video uses bold black-and-white photography, eye-catching animation, and multicultural voice talent to show how ancient humans used language to connect and how language has evolved to bridge global brands today.
