Survey Results Available at Localization World Conference Workshop on October 16, 2007

BOULDER, Colorado -- Lingoport, Inc., ( www.lingoport.com) a leading developer of globalization software and services, today announced that it has launched a survey to explore how internationalization of software and websites may reduce the risks and timelines of localization projects. Survey results will be discussed at an in-depth pre-conference workshop at Localization World Seattle on October 16, 2007. Individuals completing the survey are eligible to receive a special discounted admission to the workshop entitled, "Internationalization and Localization: Partners in Better Globalization". The survey may be found at http://tinyurl.com/3bhnrd.

Internationalization is the specialized process of preparing software for timely, efficient localization or translation. At the Localization World workshop, a panel of analysts, localization firms, software internationalization specialists and their clients will discuss how localization and internationalization can work together to support better global business outcomes.

"Lingoport is staging the first industry-wide survey examining the overlapping issues of localization and internationalization," said Adam Asnes, Lingoport CEO. "It is inevitable that both disciplines come into play when a company is readying their website or software for the global market. We look forward to sharing our survey results with stakeholders who participate in our special workshop during Localization World."
