Language Services Associates Launches Technology Competition for Montgomery County, PA Students
Eligible students have until midnight on January 31st, 2011 to submit their entries
Horsham, Pa. (December 7, 2010) – Language Services Associates (LSA), a global language service provider offering a full suite of multicultural solutions, is excited to announce the launch of its highly-anticipated technology competition for Montgomery County, PA students. The purpose of this contest is to get students thinking about the future of technology and to predict how verbal and written communication methods will evolve over the years as a result of technological advancements.
Eligible students will be asked to answer a series of technology related questions via a written essay or video response. The deadline for submitting an entry is midnight on January 31st, 2011. All contest submissions will be reviewed and assessed by a panel of qualified and experienced judges, including local technology thought leaders and members of LSA’s Information Technology and Executive Management teams.
The judging panel will select a total of 20 finalists. These students will be invited to a one-day Technology Summit at LSA’s corporate headquarters in Horsham, PA. At the Summit, students will have the opportunity to connect with the other finalists, take part in technology related trivia contests, meet the judging panel and have the chance to win a variety of technology-themed prizes (i.e. an iPad). The first, second and third place winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the end of the day. The grand prize winner will walk away with a $2,000 check, among other prizes.
