Korean Air Selects TRANSLATIONS.COM to Manage Global Web Content Using The GlobalLink® Integration for Adobe Experience Manager CMS

Thursday, 12 February, 2015

NEW YORK & SEOUL – Translations.com, the world’s largest privately held provider of language services and related technology solutions, today announced that it has been retained by Korean Air to provide ongoing localization support for its newly released website, www.koreanair.com, in ten languages. The agreement includes language services as well as Translations.com’s GlobalLink globalization management technology.

To streamline the localization and management of its desktop and mobile websites, Korean Air has employed Translations.com’s GlobalLink integration for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The AEM integration provides users with a powerful solution to initiate, automate, control, track, and complete all facets of the translation process. The unique combination of the robust AEM functionality and the extended localization workflow capabilities of GlobalLink Project Director give Adobe customers like Korean Air a comprehensive platform to manage enterprise content for markets around the globe.

Sung Soo Kang, General Manager of Digital Marketing at Korean Air, commented, “By directly connecting their GlobalLink solution to our Adobe Experience Manager CMS, Translations.com has been an invaluable partner in our global effort to provide Korean Air’s discerning travelers with a uniquely tailored online experience. We are pleased to say that our new website is now available to our customers in ten languages, with more languages to come.”
