KantanMT Launches Help Centre
KantanMT today launched an online help centre to serve as a Machine Translation resource library for its growing membership base. The KantanMT help centre acts as a central hub for learning and technical support on the KantanMT.com platform, and can be accessed by all members of KantanMT.com. The help centre also includes a community forum where members can discuss Machine Translation topics and issues.
“Getting started with KantanMT is now even easier,” said Tony O’Dowd, Founder and Chief Architect, KantanMT. “Members can access a wide range of videos, guides, webinars, and forums which will increase their knowledge of Machine Translation and speed up the development process.”

In a recent KantanMT user experience survey, 100% of KantanMT members felt that the process for getting a technical problem resolved using KantanMT’s technical support platform was either very good (80%) or good (20%) and 85% of member's felt that their issues were resolved either very fast (70%) or fast (15%).
