GALA Announces 2015 Rising Star Contest Winners
Students Receive Free Pass to Annual Conference in Sevilla, Spain
The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) today announced the two winners of their 2015 Rising Star Video Contest: Lina Duparc, a student in the Master CAWEB Program at University Strasbourg (France) and Leticia Arcos Álvarez, a Master’s student in Intercultural Communication at the University of Alcalá (Spain), a program within the European Masters in Translation network of the European Union’s Directorate-General for Translation.
The students will receive free registration to GALA’s 2015 Language of Business Conference in Sevilla, Spain on 22-25 March. At the conference, the students will have opportunities to network with industry companies from around the world and attend sessions on cutting-edge developments in the language industry.
