KIEL, December 15, 2010 – German-based Eule, a world’s premier language service provider to the ERP industry, today announced its certification to EN 15038:2006, the European translation quality standard.
The audit was held by means of the LICS Certification Scheme. This certification scheme specifies the procedure employed by Certification Bodies under the auspices of the Language Industry Certification System to certify services of translation service providers with respect to their conformity with the European Standard EN 15038:2006-08-01.
Eule Lokalisierung’s CEO Jörgen Danielsen notes, “Preparing for an audit makes you deliberate your procedures and actions. You will be surprised how much your organization will gain from this process. Passing this certification was another important step in our continuous efforts to improve our service quality.”
Jerzy Czopik, lead auditor at LICS, says “It was my very big pleasure, as the audit conducted at Eule was my first one. I am really glad I could confirm the compliance of Eule’s QA system and processes with EN 15038. This was a nice and very important experience for me. I wish Eule all the best for the future.”
