Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Awards Language Services Associates three-Year Contract
LSA is selected TI provider after successful pilot program
Horsham, Pa. (March 5, 2010) – Language Services Associates (LSA), a leading language services provider offering a full suite of interpretation and translation solutions, announced today it has been awarded a three-year contract by Albert Einstein Healthcare Network to provide Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) services. This announcement comes on the heels of a successful pilot of LSA’s OPI services at several Albert Einstein facilities, including Einstein Center One, MossRehab and Albert Einstein Medical Center. Under the terms of this contract, LSA will be responsible for providing on-demand telephonic interpretation services, in over 200 language offerings, to the non-English speaking patients that visit one of Albert Einstein’s major facilities or outpatient centers seeking medical care.

The contract, formerly managed by Language Line Services, will last a minimum of three years with an official start date of March 8, 2010. Members of LSA’s sales and client services departments will be completing the implementation process, which includes the installation of dual headset phones and clinical in-servicing, at select Albert Einstein facilities throughout the week of March 8.
