March 18-20, Scottsdale, AZ, The Fairmont Scottsdale – This industry event is specifically tailored for translation company owners and senior managers. Educational sessions cover issues that are critical for businesses and will boost companies market share and benefit their bottom line.

·         The Localization Certification Program

March 22-26, San Francisco, CA, San Francisco State University Downtown Center – This program was developed by industry experts representing the leading professional associations, publishers, and academic institutions in the field, in response to the growing demand for localization professionals. Daniel Nackovski, president of Across Systems, will educate companies in the emerging localization and international e-business field, through two workshops, Localization Workflow: Tool Application on Monday, March 22 and Localization Project Management Tools Lab on Tuesday, March 23.

Across will hold a seminar entitled Enterprise Language Intelligence for Global Success, on Wednesday, April 14 at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, Frank Erven, technical writer at Voith Turbo Scharfenberg, will discuss how Voith was able to accelerate its translations by implementing Across language technology. His presentation, entitled Turbo-Accelerated Translation: Optimizing Multilingual Product Information Processes, will be held Wednesday, April 14, at 3:30 p.m.
