Once a practice of start-ups and small organizations, Agile software development has now replaced the traditional waterfall model in a majority of software companies. Where does localization fit into this model? Gone are the days when the English version of a product is the top priority, with companies now simshipping in many languages. This presentation will present Agile localization from the demand-side perspective: a case study in Scrum, the software localization process, and workflow enhancements that have enabled Schneider Electric to deliver 11 languages and 3 OS platforms with every sprint cycle release.
