CETRA Language Solutions expanded from a single office to seven offices on four continents in less than five years. CETRA’s CEO, Dr. Jiri Stejskal, and Director of Human Resources, Chad Weimer, will share their experiences with setting up offices in popular destinations such as Ireland, but also in unlikely places such as West Africa. They will discuss the pros and cons of establishing a subsidiary versus opening a branch and hiring locally versus relocating staff from the home office, and provide information on the process and costs of setting up a foreign location.
