Over the past several months, the board and staff of GALA have been conducting strategic planning exercises. We have analyzed our internal and external risks as well as our strengths and opportunities. We have conducted a thorough examination of our programs. We asked in our annual survey what’s most important to you, what your biggest challenges are, and what you find valuable about your GALA membership. And we conducted focus groups at industry events and gathered feedback in member calls. Now, we’ve put it all together in a roadmap that describes GALA’s goals and strategic priorities for the next 3-5 years, and we want your feedback.
Please watch this webinar to learn more about our process and how we intend to deliver member value in the coming years. We welcome your input and participation in the process.
