When it comes to project planning, defining the project scope and understanding expectations is critical. Unless you start the project knowing what the risks and boundaries are, as well as what you will have to deliver to the client at the end, there is little chance for you to succeed. Scoping is always a dynamic process, just like your business and the competitive marketplace. This presentation will show some case studies to help understand the constant need for flexibility and negotiation with stakeholders and therefore the need to customize the workflow according to the desired objective. We will also identify the aspects that are typically overlooked in a project, and how a post-mortem analysis of the project outcome can help you improve your overall approach.
