Modern companies generate millions of bits of data on a daily basis, yet most of this information is ephemeral and hard to collect, organize, analyze and use to provide value to clients. Our small LSP uses different systems to manage projects, translate/localize effectively, keep our books, measure Quality and track our customers. As we developed our Sales and Account Management teams, we found that useful information was hard to obtain and analyze to present to clients and management.

In this webinar we present a case study of AvantData, a data architecture we developed on a limited budget, using open-source and off-the-shelf systems. It captures all the important data we generate regardless of source, format and data type. We discuss how we connect these disparate systems to create Client QBR and AM KPI dashboards, enabling managers to see the relationship between AM activities (calls, meetings) and client performance (sales growth). AMs are now able to produce QBRs in minutes instead of hours and clients can ask more complex questions. Applications built on AvantData are shaping the future of Operations, Account Management and Business Development at Avantpage.

AvantData shows that a small LSP can develop cutting edge, yet practical, technology with limited resources.
