In today's ever-shrinking global marketplace, companies serving people of different languages need instant ways to communicate. You will learn about the various ways in which on-demand language services are being provided to customers and what new solutions are on the horizon ranging from iPhone applications for global travelers, to video interpreting via IP and on mobile devices, to in-language first customer response. On-demand solutions can help to support your clients who put their websites and marketing materials in new languages to reach new markets, but don't know how to support those markets when someone picks up the phone or sends a text or email. Find out how you can become a full service provider with these value-added services to your customers through over-the-phone interpreters and in-language customer servicing, near-real-time chat and email translation, and video remote interpreting.
