This presentation examines one particular option: acquisitions. The session discusses the benefits and challenges that small- and mid-sized language services companies face and what they stand to gain if they are successful in implementing an acquisition strategy. A case study of a $7 million acquisition will be used to illustrate the benefits and challenges.
