UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX designer to join our growing UX team and help us establish a solid process and build strong relationships.

About you

3+ years of experience as a UX designer
Strong design thinking-based, human-centered, data-driven design approach
Able to demonstrate your ability with samples of your work (we understand that not everyone is obliged to have a portfolio and that NDAs exist, don't worry)
When you talk about your work, you talk about solving problems, not making deliverables
Willing to present, explain, and test your proposals — and execute them in a timely manner
Result-oriented — the success of your work is measured by the users' success, not the beauty or number of your mockups
Have a tool preference but will be OK working with Figma

What you will do

Broad scope of responsibilities - be part of the whole design process, from discovery and research, through prototyping, workshops and testing, to implementation
Move projects along based on user research, stakeholder input, client requests, and support tickets – or the industry's leading innovation
Use appropriate design artifacts — from sketches to interactive prototypes — to drive discussions and inform decisions
Organize, lead, and participate in workshops
Work collaboratively, as part of cross-functional feature teams and an evolving UX Team, but also independently when necessary
Organize your own meetings and workshops when needed, cultivate relationships **with product managers, engineers, solution architects, account managers, support, and marketing
Get to know and understand our users, product, and industry
Take part in designing and developing a design system together with a UI designer and engineering teams
Work on the future of (machine) translation with our machine learning and AI-driven solutions
