Responsibilities:

• Writing, reviewing and editing user manuals, technical overviews, online help, reference guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy, grammar, and clarity
• Being up to date with the product's new functionalities
• Incorporating the newest features and relevant feedback into the documentation
• Analyzing existing and potential content focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in localization industry
• Experience in working with CAT tools and TMS
• Excellent writing skills in English (native or C2 level proficiency in English)
• Demonstrated ability to write documentation (original and rewriting) that is clear, concise, consistent, and accurate
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience working in an agile content development environment
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Ability to break down complex information and compose reader-friendly texts
• Experience with authoring tools and technical writing of software documentation
