Public Tenders Manager Assistant (Spain)

Celer Pawlowsky SL is seeking one Public Tenders Manager Assistant. Will it be you?

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (Translation and Interpreting will be an asset).
  • Knowledge of the translation industry.
  • Knowledge of bidding processes will be an asset.
  • 1-2 years in a bidding department or the translation industry.
LANGUAGES:
  • Spanish and English, spoken and written at a very high level.
  • Catalan and/or German would be an asset.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Planning, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-oriented. Ability to understand customer’s needs.
  • Good writing skills. Ability to expose proposals in a clear, understandable and attractive manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer skills:
    • Extensive use of Microsoft Office – including Microsoft Outlook-, and Internet browsers.
    • Use of CAT Tools and DTP software will be an asset.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyse calls for tenders.
  • Prepare bidding documents following Tender Manager’s guidelines.
  • Follow up and control until award of tender is published.
  • Prepare reports and attendance to meetings when required.
  • Maintain customer documentation (prepare instructions, administrative documents, etc.).
  • Collaboration with the Tender Manager and the Marketing Department in the creation and update of tendering materials (presentations, evidence of experience, workflows, etc.).
  • Support the Tender Manager in daily tasks.
  • Assist with quotes and proposals.
  • Coordinate the necessary resources following Tender Manager’s guidelines and in collaboration with Vendor Management when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Understand, know and comply with the standards of information security established and legal requirements and, in any case, act according to the instructions received.
  • Comply with the applicable procedures and internal guidelines.
  • Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities developed.
