Partner Network Manager (Spain)

We are looking for a Partner Network Manager for Spain who will be reporting to the CEO and Operations Manager.

IF YOU HAVE:

  • Medium-High degree (supply chain management, services outsourcing, recruitment, or translation/localisation project management).
  • A minimum of 7 years in a role related to purchasing, vendor management, recruitment, or project management.
  • Specific Knowledge:
    • Quality assessment.
    • Team/community management.
    • Economics and business management.
    • Cost control (controller).
    • International commerce.

LANGUAGES:

  • High level of written and spoken English is required. Other languages will be an advantage (Spanish and German preferably).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Partner Network Manager at CPSL, will be responsible for the recruitment and management of our network of external partners, including translators, transcriptionists, editors, localization specialists, DTP specialists, voiceover artists, interpreters and others.

You will work closely with our Operations manager and quality management team to ensure that project requirements are met.

  • Review the current purchasing / subcontracting processes and optimize them pursuing agility, efficiency, minimal risk, and profitability of the projects.
  • Ensure and supervise the monitoring of processes by the teams and the network of external collaborators.
  • Define the different categories of collaborators and suppliers. Update, maintain and expand the network of collaborators and external suppliers to ensure that adequate resources are available to always ensure the necessary productive capacity according to the established parameters and strategic objectives.
  • Keep the database of external collaborators and suppliers updated.
  • In collaboration with the General Management and the financial area, define and write the policy for purchasing / outsourcing the services and products that are defined (software and company IT) and ensure that these transactions and the derivative agreements are carried out under the strictest legislation in force in the different countries in which it operates.
  • Negotiate the purchase and payment conditions with the network of collaborators and external suppliers.
  • In collaboration with the Quality area and other areas of the organization, devise, develop, implement, and update a plan or policy for selection, validation, onboarding, continuous evaluation, and training of the network of collaborators.
  • Carry out annual benchmarking studies to ensure that you always buy at the most competitive prices, with the highest quality and with the least risk.
  • Ensure the image of the brand in all matters relating to contact with external partners and suppliers, seeking to make the network an ambassador for the organization.
  • Participate, together with the other areas involved, in the creation of specific teams and / or the negotiation of complex or large-volume projects that require it.
  • In collaboration with the quality area and the Operations Manager, establish monitoring indicators for both the management and the status of the network of collaborators and external suppliers.
  • Act as the point of contact for the external network.
  • Monitor language trends at the company and fill any gaps in resources.
  • Data Protection and Information Security:
    • Understand, know, and comply with the standards of information security established and, in any case, act according to the instructions received.
    • Comply with the applicable procedures and internal guidelines.
    • Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities developed.
